2004 Ao Chalong Rebak Champagne Run

The Ao Chalong Rebak Champagne Run starts on (28th Feb) from the Ao Chalong Yacht Club in Phuket, Southern Thailand and looks like it will be an even greater success than last year. As a lead up to the RLIR (below) the Royal Langkawi Yacht Club in conjunction with Rebak Marina and the Ao Chalong Yacht Club have jointly organised the “Rebak Champagne Run” to find the fastest yacht under sail between Phuket and finishing of Pulau Rebak in the Langkawi group of islands on 29th Feb.

Every yacht crossing the finish line receives a bottle of champagne and 2 glasses. They also enjoy a night's free berthing in Rebak and an award presentation dinner party (reputably second to none) before heading off for the RLIR 2004
