2. HiFidality is disassembled and transported to the DK Yachts composite factory where her water logged hull will be replaced. |

3. Off comes the bow, OOPS! |
4. Hull removal work starts revealing the rear end and amidships in front of a composite mosque dome. The DK facilities are unique to boat manufacture in Asia which includes a five axis milling machine capable of building tooling plugs of up to 18.75 metres in length linked to six IBM CAD/CAM computer terminals and curing ovens of 20 and 25 metres capacity. In addition to one off designs the company produces the Mum 30, Farr 40 and 52 sailboats and some plugs and moulds for other companies. |

5. Oh my gawd! Only the skeleton left. Talk about an attack of the polyester mites. More pictures will be posted as this amazing project continues through to its completion. |
