title race taking shape...
There is a split between skippers and yachts for third place at the moment. Mike Downard has scored well on two different Farr 1104's to hold third place in the Skippers pointscore and two wins for Alan Carwardine's Hurricane under different skippers places the catamaran third on the Yacht pointscore.
After planning a full campaign this season, Karl Kwok’s all-conquering TP52 Team Beau Geste set a new benchmark time (25h 54m 33s) on the Hainan Race to hold onto fourth place but has been sold and moving back to Australia after the King's Cup.
As the Sorensen/Tilden/Ketelbey/Brown Beneteau 44.7 Fujin and Mick Coleman/John Coffin's Stealth 11.8m Java are embarking on extensive campaigns throughout the season, expect them to improve beyond fifth and sixth place on the table.
The action continues in South East Asian waters, with the Phuket King's Cup (Nov 30th - Dec 6th), Royal Langkawi Int Regatta (January 12th - 17th) and Neptune Regatta (February 15th - 21st) to wrap up proceedings on the Western Circuit..
